Blythe Cordova a licensed counselor in Texas providing telehealth therapy

Blythe Cordova, LPC, MA

Hi, I’m Blythe Cordova

With roots grounded in philosophy, I view mental health through the lens of how we construct meaning. The emotional and psychological challenges we experience are shaped by the deeply held core beliefs through which we view ourselves and the world around us.

While symptom relief is an important first step toward stability, lasting healing requires going deeper. If we only manage the symptoms without transforming the underlying beliefs driving our orientation to life, those same patterns will continue to reemerge. My goal in therapy is to help you gently uncover, question, and reshape these core foundational beliefs—empowering you to interact with your environment from a place of clarity, autonomy, and lasting peace.

The Process

Assess Where You’re At

In order to get where we’d like to be, it’s important to understand clearly where we already are. Together, we’ll analyze your current situation and gain the clarity we need in order to begin working on relaying the foundations of your experience.

Move Forward

Once we’ve established a lay of the land, we can begin the process of exploring and trying a new framework to find one that fits with your desired lifestyle. I’ll assist you with the process of deconstructing old patterns which no longer serve you, and building new ones that do.

Solidify A New View

Navigating a world with a enw set of beliefs is initially a delicate endeavor. The patterns we bring to therapy have often had many years to crystallize. It is necessary to gain experiences with this new system in order to confirm its validity.

Why Panorama?

The Panorama name is an interpretation of what is possible through counseling, as well as my love for mountain peak views. My client’s often arrive with the perspective that they are powerless against their diagnoses and symptoms, or insignificant in a world without meaning. Through development of increased self-awareness, our internal focus begins to shift, and we begin to climb our own mountain of identity. Those landmarks that seemed large at the base of the summit, are perceived to be but one characteristic of a much larger terrain.
