What I Offer
I provide secure, remote individual counseling services for adults and teens navigating life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, or emotional wellness, therapy offers a supportive space to explore your experiences and develop healthy coping strategies. Virtual sessions provide convenient, confidential care from the comfort of your own environment.
Individual Counseling
My passion in counseling lies in connecting with others 1:1 with their benefit in mind. If you’ve never seen a therapist before, that’s okay! I’ve worked with many individuals who have no frame of reference for what therapy should look like. I’m more than happy to walk through the process with you. On the other hand, maybe you just haven’t found the therapist you feel you connect with, that lights your spark. Whether you’re new to therapy, or a client with mental health history, I’m confident my therapeutic skills and offerings are beneficial to a wide range of clientele.

The adolescent of today is in many ways different as well as the same in relation to those of us who have grown into adulthood in an ever-changing world. With technology making giant leaps in the recent decades, teenagers have had to adapt to accommodate to this new environment that only they can truly understand.
In my practice, I have noticed that teenagers do still seek connection, validation, as well as respect. I rely on those values in order to connect with the teens of today and am happy to incorporate family techniques to develop a sense of camaraderie between you and your loved one.

Although I don’t offer any family specific modalities here at Panorama Counseling Center, I do believe that incorporating the family with Teens is an important part of their care. The family system is a complex and dynamic aspect of their psychosocial environment and I find greater success with teens when the family is incorporated into sessions intermittently to assess goals, progress, and outcomes.
